Adoption Center
If you are interested in adopting one of the fanlistings currently listed on this page (there is the Keep In Mind list for fanlistings that are not currently on this list), I only have a few basic rules and things I would ask for you to do:
- Please show genuine interest in the fanlisting.
- Please credit me as the previous owner. This is easy to do with a small text or button link on the "About" page of the fanlisting.
- You may use some of the page content and the codes that I have made; please credit codes as "Donated" and include my name and link.
- Please make your own layout and graphics.
- Please have the fanlisting up within a few weeks.
- If there ever comes a time where you don't want the fanlisting anymore, please consider giving it back to me so I can give it a good home again. :)
Fanlistings will be adopted out on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there are multiple people interested, I will accept the first email I receive and keep the rest on the Keep In Mind list. The new owner will also be provided with the KIM list for the select fanlisting.
Since a majority of my fanlistings have been around for quite some time, I will always offer to keep the fanlisting hosted at my domain. I would give you a personal FTP account that you can use to manage the fanlisting, and provide you with the neccessary MySQL database information should you need to update the fanlisting script at any time. This saves everyone some time; the fanlisting script is already installed and working properly, and members won't have to change their links.
